“I have no special talent I am just passionately curious".
-Albert Einstein-
This page is to give credit where credit is due. To all the people, authors and informational digital warriors that helped us along our journey. Each one played an important part at different times in our journey, and this blog was birthed and nurtured because of all the people before us, sharing information outside of what mainstream or "tradition" has taught us.
We are not experts and do not pretend to be. Like EInstein said, " We are just passionately curious". We are explorers of information and seekers of knowledge,
looking for ways to convey empowering information, in a way that the average person, like me and you, can understand it, apply it, and use it in everyday life to create a more enriched and healthier version of ourselves.
Our collective culture has been one of conformity, materialism, and control. From babyhood forward, we are spoon fed information, a narrative of society, a set of expectations that most of us have never bothered to question. If we DO question "the narrative or belief system" we are bullied and ridiculed into conforming once again to a narrative or agenda set forth before us.
There are many programs coming in from everywhere, we find ourselves buying into all the scripted ideas of how we should live our lives and how to measure worth and happiness. If we do not like what we are seeing or experiencing in our world, we can rewrite the old programs.
We are in charge of our world.
Embrace life with renewed passion. Retain a thirst for new experiences and sense of wonder at life itself.
Just with a “change of mind”, we can change our destinies forever, leading to greater health and happiness. It is our wish that these words in this blog may inspire you, as it has our family💕.
Being In the medical profession for 25 years, i was familiar with the importance of stretching at preventing injury and rehabilitation. Both Gary and I are athletes and come from many years of competitive inline speed skating. We had multiple orthopedic issues and me in particular, had over 20 years of back issues, underwent about 7 procedures and had a disc replacement in my future according to the doctor i was seeing. Gary, was dealing with old injuries from motor cross, and a shoulder that needed surgical repair, Then one day we came across this video…
Amazing story in our minds. He did this in his own home with the help of someone that believed in him. We thought, "man… if he can do it…WE CAN!" We began researching a bit on yoga and stretching, and began in our bedroom. Nice and comfy. No idea what we were doing, but we began. It was a comfortable start to something that was new. We began here as well as going through all our spices, food, vitamins and cleaning products, and began to "clean up" the outside environment, and learning more about "cleaning up" our inside environment. We were about 50, when we began. About 5-6 years ago.
We began feeling better. Then the story, the journey, took a life of its own, and changed us both forever. We were OPEN, and willing to "suspend" our current beliefs and what we THOUGHT we knew". We had courage to change and try something different. It was truly an "enlightenment", to our souls. The information, intuitively felt right and good. We continued our adventure as we do everything in life and began to dive deeper and explore further. So - Here we are!
Quick update -With patience and perseverance, both of us recovered fully, with no need for surgery and left all pharmaceuticals behind, including OTC products. Only to became more energetic, stronger and healthier than when we began.
