First, we would like to begin by saying "thank you". Thank you to those that have decided to journey with us, through this new "blogging" experience. Gary and I are new at this. Our kids are helping us get through the "learning curve", please bare with us. Yes, there will be mistakes, grammatical errors, and issues that are not perfect. Its OK. Let's move on.
This sight is meant to share information. To help all of us grow an evolve. Remember, as we start exploring new scientific research and ancient information, there are many paths to achieving balance, this is just one of those ways. Take what serves you and leave the rest, it is all good.
It is meant to uplift and inspire thought, in those that are wanting something new for their lives. It does not matter if there are 5 of us, or 500 of us, on this blog, because changing just one life has a huge affect on the whole system.
We can alter our world by changing ourselves.
All of us, for the most part want to have happier, healthier lives, we just do not know where to start. We are often told, the things we should "stop doing", such as drinking, smoking, do not eat this or that, a lot of "dont's". In this blog, we are going to SHIFT our thinking, to a stronger energetic approach.
Instead of focusing on the "donts", lets begin, with the "DOS"! What we CAN begin to START DOING.
The Key...Is setting a new pattern, doing something different.
The Science of Neuroplasticity, tells us "we can change our brains". It also tell us, as we learn new "ways", we set new neural pathways in our brain and bodies, and the old ones slowly begin to die away. It takes a little time to build a new network, but we can do it! The new science proves this.
Begin, where it is comfortable to begin. What we CAN do, to make even a small change. It does not matter where you begin. Just begin.

During this process, it is important to be KIND and compassionate to yourself. We are being really serious here. We come from a world of survival of the fittest, and "do not cry", or ill give you something to cry about. Yea, we were both like that. Not anymore.
Be kind as you begin, being kind to ourselves shows us how to be kind to others as they journey through this life. It is a lifestyle change! We have the rest of our lives to learn and change. It took 50 years for us to "learn" our unwanted "patterns", it may take a little time, to "unlearn" these unwanted patterns. Transforming these negative patterns, to higher energetic patterns that serve us, our family and society as a whole.
The world is upside down,and may be for awhile. We must remember, NONE of us know the whole truth and nothing but the truth, it is all just speculation, and we all know we are missing half the story. The TV tells us, what they want us to hear, what the current "program" is. Maybe that is why all the shows on television are called "programs".
We can CHOOSE to focus on an unbalanced world, or we can CHOOSE to focus on our own balance, within ourselves. Bringing more balance to the world. Complaining about what is going on right now, does nothing, but point fingers and blame, all the while creating anxiousness and stress within us, and lowering our immune systems creating disharmony in our own system.
Let the world play as they play. Meanwhile, we, together will begin to bring more harmony and balance to ourselves and to those around us through our own change. In doing this, we will all find that we can take care of ourselves, and not rely on a very broken, unsustainable system.
Everybody has access to the same information and " scientific research" as everybody else. We will not spend time debating over this and that. Each of us must be responsible for finding our own truth, and truth always resonates within our bodies even if we cant quite explain it.
In addition, if anybody has done any research at all they will find quite quickly, that much of Americas research has been corrupted by the corporate and or political sector. There is, and has been an Infiltration of foreign governments into our universities, that has skewed much of the research we see. Many top universities and their scientist have been arrested due to infiltration of foreign governments that influences our scientific research. Scientific research is great, but it too, must come with much dissection.
I mean, come on, does anybody REALLY believe that the commercials and marketing that goes on in the media is to make us "healthier"?
If it is on TV, and advertisements, more than likely, there is a bigger story behind the products that are being sold.
If it is on TV, social media, google, ect., we all must ask, what are they trying to sell us now, through the program narrative and or censorship. There is a constant influx of information regarding sickness, pharmaceuticals, medical insurance, racism, division, separation, or hate.
Do you really believe that the media is telling us what is healthy and good for us?
Is it possible, they are selling a "program" that is designed specifically to separate, divide and confuse us. All under the "illusion of freedom"? United, we are strong, divided we are weak!
It is up to each us to decide.
In our eyes, it is pretty obvious. As we go through the grocery store isles, look at your eye level products, mostly owned by large corporations. If you want to find the "healthier stuff" you have to really look for it, at the very top, or the very bottom.
Scientific research is showing us, as we change the way we feel about ourselves and our past - that change, however small or large - will change the actual chemistry of our bodies, AND even change the expression of our own DNA! WHOOP!
If you are an explorer, then this information is for you! Let us all take an adventure together and venture beyond the bounds of what we have always believed to be true in our lives. As we move through uncharted territory, we can begin to experience ourselves in a new way, and along the way, discover empowerment and freedom.
We are super excited about this journey with each of you. We look forward to our journey with you. Exploring topics such as the memory of water, the air we breath, stretching and the art of movement, connecting back to nature, our energetic body, the importance of electrons, slowing our brain waves down, and of course plant medicines.
All important to a more balanced health.
There is a lot of new scientific research and ancient wisdom we can all learn from, we just need a way to express it, so people like me and you can understand it and apply it.
